Job summary

Trillium Staffing has a great opportunity in De Pere, WI for a CNC Trainee to learn machining and grow into a Machinist. Responsibilities include deburring, grinding, and operating a vertical mill in a small family-owned shop environment.

Hours are Monday–Friday 7am–3pm with pay between $20 and $23 per hour based on experience. This contract-to-hire role includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, and paid vacation upon hire.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial experience is required or preferred.
• Basic industrial math skills expected.
• Good work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deburr and grind metal products to spec.
• Operate a vertical milling machine as needed.
• Assist with other shop duties and learn machining processes.

CNC Trainee needed in the De Pere, WI area!

Trillium Staffing has a great opportunity to build your skills and learn the machining trade!

We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a machining environment. Daily duties would include deburring/grinding metal products, operating a vertical mill, and other shop duties as assigned. The CNC Trainee will learn the machine shop equipment and have the opportunity to grow into a Machinist role in the future. This is a fantastic opportunity within a small, family-owned shop.

Hours for the CNC Trainee are Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, with wages ranging from $20-$23/hr. based on experience.This is a contract to hire role and our client also offers full benefits - health, dental, vision, and 401, along with holiday pay and paid vacation upon hire.

• Previous industrial experience.

• Experience with hand tools, tape measure, calipers(preferred).
• Good work ethic.
