Job summary

Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting a CNC Lathe Machinist for a Kenosha, WI client on second shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm). This direct-hire role requires experience in setup and programming CNC Lathe machines according to blueprints and process sheets.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with G-codes and M-codes, familiar with Mastercam, read blueprints, and use precision measurement tools to ensure quality parts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining or relevant experience.
• Technical School preferred; or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficiency with G-codes and M-codes; Mastercam or programming software a plus.
• Experience/knowledge using precision measurement instruments and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program CNC Lathe machines according to blueprints and process sheets.
• Mount, align, and secure tooling, fixtures, attachments, and workpieces per setup instructions.

CNC Lathe Machinist needed in Kenosha, WI! Direct Hire!

Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to add to their growing team! This employee will be responsible for the set up and programming of CNC Lathe machines according to specifications on blueprints, drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets. You will perform advance set-ups by mounting, aligning and securing tooling, fixtures, attachments, and work pieces per set up instructions.

The CNC Lathe Machinist is a Direct Hire opportunity. There is an opening on second shift with the schedule of Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.Pay is based on experience with a range of $30-40/hour + 10% 2nd shift differential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with CNC Machining or relevant experience.
• Technical School preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with G-codes and M-Codes, Mastercam or programming software a plus.
• Experience/knowledge using precision measurement instruments and working/reading blueprints.
