Job summary

Trillium Staffing in Baltimore, MD is seeking a CNC Operator for direct-hire. You'll operate production machinery, perform quality checks, and make minor adjustments to maintain tolerance. Training 3–5 weeks on first shift, with start times between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Night shift Mon-Fri 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Equipments include micrometers, calipers, gauges; forklift experience helpful. A strong eye for detail and ability to read blueprints is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Machine Operator experience, CNC preferred.
• Ability to inspect parts and maintain close tolerances.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform minor machine adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a CNC Operator in Baltimore, MD for direct-hire!

Pay: $22.75 - $24.50 per hour (based on experience). Shift Differential: Additional 10% premium ($25.00 - $27.00 per hour equivalent, based on experience). Night Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM- 30-minute lunch break (some flexibility on lunchbreak time).

Training Requirement

• 3-5 weeks of training on first shift
• Flexible training start time between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM (consistent start time required)
