Job summary

Pinewood Tool Corp is a precision toolroom offering an apprentice CNC Toolmaker program in Wisconsin. You’ll start earning $20/hour with hands-on training, tuition support, and a tool-signing bonus as you learn the craft alongside experienced toolmakers.

No prior experience required; you’ll progress from setup and reading prints to programming and machining under a mentor, with flexible hours and a defined growth path to CNC Toolmaker.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a technical college machine tool, CNC or manufacturing program, or a recent grad.
No experience needed; curiosity and drive.
Detail-oriented, dependable and team-minded.
Proud of work done right.

Responsibilities

Set up and run CNC mills, lathes and grinders alongside a mentor.
Read blueprints and apply GD&T.
Program in Mastercam and at the machine control.
Machine precision parts and tooling to tight tolerances.
Measure and inspect your work with precision instruments.
Grow from running parts to owning a job from print to finished part.
