Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in jewelry repair or related field.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends.
• Soldering and laser welding experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to converse professionally with clients and maintain a professional appearance.
• Fluent English language skills – Reading, Writing, Verbal.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Safety and workshop best practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and alterations on all assigned orders according to Tiffany quality and design standards.
• Read and follow written repair instructions; inspect orders for defects and determine repairs.
• Maintain organized bench and workspace; manage parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with clients and client advisors to discuss needs and issues.
• Ensure safety in workshop and proper handling of tools and materials.
• Support additional craft work and special projects as required.
