Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with precision measurement instruments.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, modify, and maintain dies, punches, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and tooling.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, specs, and instructions.
• Operate manual and CNC tools to produce and finish components.
• Measure parts with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators.
• Diagnose tooling issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support clad metal forming, rolling, cutting and related processes.
• Perform tool changeovers, adjustments, and troubleshooting with teams.
• Maintain tooling records and inventory of tooling components.
• Keep the toolroom clean and compliant with safety rules.
