Job summary

Honda South Carolina Manufacturing is seeking skilled maintenance personnel to sustain tooling and processes critical to producing high-quality parts. You will manage tool life, response to downtime, and communicate outcomes to keep production flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities include enforcing process standards, coordinating with engineers and vendors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• 24 years of CNC Machining experience or equivalent tooling experience.
• Must understand metric measuring system.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct checks and apply actions per plant policies to ensure safety, environmental, quality, cost, delivery and morale.
• Maintain tooling per process requirements using quality control tables and setup procedures.
• Monitor conditions to prevent negative production impact and communicate results.
