Sharon-Cutwell in Wisconsin is seeking a CNC Machine Operator / Tool Grinder on 1st shift with on-the-job training. Earn $20–$30/hour with quarterly bonuses and a path to advanced CNC programming. No CNC experience is required—training will start right away.

You will learn to operate CNC tool-grinding equipment, run established jobs, inspect tools, and progress toward setup and programming on diverse, custom projects for aerospace and high-tech industries.

Qualifications

• Basic math and mechanical aptitude are required.
• Must be detail-oriented and dependable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• CNC or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate CNC tool-grinding machines.
• Run established jobs and progress into machine setup.
• Inspect precision tools and make machine adjustments.
• Work on a variety of custom jobs rather than repetitive production.
• Build your skills toward advanced setup and CNC programming.
