Job summary

Sharon-Cutwell in Wisconsin is seeking a CNC Machine Operator / Tool Grinder – 1st Shift Will Train. No CNC experience? We’ll train the right person and start with easier jobs, then progress to machine setup and advanced CNC programming.

You’ll operate CNC tool-grinding equipment for aerospace and other high-tech industries, with quarterly bonuses and a path to wage increases in a clean, modern shop.

Qualifications

• Strong basic math and mechanical aptitude.
• Attention to detail and dependable work habits.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• CNC or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate CNC tool-grinding machines
• Run established jobs and progress into machine setup
• Inspect precision tools and make machine adjustments
• Work on a variety of custom jobs rather than repetitive production
• Build your skills toward advanced setup and CNC programming
