Cutwell in Wisconsin seeks an experienced CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder to join a high-performance team. In this role, you'll set up and operate advanced CNC grinders, manufacturing cutting tools used by major aerospace and automotive companies, including Boeing and Ford. What You’ll Do

• Set up, program, and operate CNC tool & cutter grinders
• Manufacture and resharpen high-performance cutting tools
• Work with advanced machines (Walter, ANCA, Rollomatic, or similar)
