Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC thread grinding machines to manufacture precision dies and tooling.
• Load and position workpieces, tooling, fixtures, and grinding wheels accurately.
• Adjust machines and processes to meet specifications and tolerances.
• Read blueprints, routings, process sheets, and job instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and monitor wheel wear.
• Operate independently while coordinating with machinists and supervisors.
