Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions in Seabrook, NH seeks a Tool Crib Attendant to stock and manage tooling for CNC milling setups. You will prepare setup kits, track inventory, and ensure uninterrupted production by timely replenishment and tool maintenance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Engineering on process improvements, reviewing setup requirements, and initiating tooling purchases. A high school diploma and CNC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Tool Crib Attendant or related role.
• Minimum of five years experience in CNC machining.

Responsibilities

• Prepare setup kits including setup sheets, tool holders, fixtures, gauges, vises, stock and related items.
• Ensure setup kits are prepared per production schedule.
• Receive, inventory, replenish and service tooling and supplies.
• Review process improvement suggestions and coordinate with Engineering on updates.
• Maintain inventory levels to prevent production interruption.
• Coordinate procurement of tooling and supplies and initiate purchase requisitions.
