Job summary

Triumph Group seeks a Mill Tool Crib Attendant for our Macomb, MI site. The role involves setting up CNC milling tools, maintaining tool lists, and using MX for inventory control. The position includes cycle counts and maintaining a clean, organized tool crib.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in CNC milling, familiarity with Fanuc controls, blueprints, and lean manufacturing concepts. We offer substantial benefits and a climate controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years experience with set-up and operation of CNC Mill.

Responsibilities

• Set up machine tools for CNC milling operations.
• Build and set tools per tool lists.
• Use Speroni presetting machine to check and set tools.
• Verify tools and tool kits are complete and serviceable.
• Perform daily PM checks on tool setting equipment.
• Disassemble tooling and perform tool setter operations.
• Edit descriptions or bin locations in MX and document tooling in Excel.
• Complete weekly cycle counts and maintain Crib area.
• Conduct other duties as assigned.
