Job summary

Triumph Group is seeking a Mill Tool Crib Attendant for our Macomb, MI site. You will set up CNC milling tools, verify tooling lists, and manage tool kits, while ensuring accuracy with the Speroni presetting machine and MX system.

The role requires high school education with 2–5 years of CNC mill experience, proficient in blueprints, CAD drawings, and lean practices. Onsite work with a climate-controlled environment and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years experience with set-up and operation of CNC Mill.
• Knowledgeable about set-up requirements and operation of horizontal/vertical CNC milling equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, setup documents, and CAD drawings.
• Familiar with Fanuc controls and lean manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set up machine tools such as end mills, drills, and taps for CNC milling machines.
• Build and set tools per tool lists.
• Use Speroni presetting machine to check and set tools.
• Set angle heads per instruction.
• Verify all tools and tool kits are complete and serviceable before issue.
