Job summary

Regal Boats is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Technician to operate and maintain computer numerical control machinery used to fabricate high-quality components for our boats. This role requires precision, reliability, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Orlando, Florida.

You will load materials, cycle CNC machines, monitor performance, document production logs, and assist in other areas to support production flow.

• Follow verbal and written instructions and work well in a team.
• Learn and understand CNC machinery and production equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and cycle CNC machines, place finished parts on racks.
• Monitor machine operations and identify malfunctions or tool wear.
• Run production lots and communicate production status with teammates.
• Operate CNC machines per prints, specs, and tolerances.
• Produce parts while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain logs of production, including errors and scrapped materials.
• Inspect equipment prior to use and ensure proper setup.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and adjustments.
• Assist in additional areas to support production flow.
