Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking a CNC Control Tech to diagnose, repair, and optimize high‑performance CNC and electromechanical control systems used in ultra‑precision manufacturing for defense programs.

You will read schematics and manuals, perform functional tests, adjust and tune circuits, install new equipment, and document all work while benefiting from a flexible schedule and mentors in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to maintain and repair precision CNC multipurpose electronic control systems.
• Must read schematics, wiring diagrams, performance specs and manuals.
• Able to troubleshoot and perform repairs as required.
• Shift flexibility: 1st or 2nd shifts per CBA.
• U.S. Citizens only due to facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC control hardware and electromechanical components.
• Read schematics and manuals to understand design and operating requirements.
• Design and conduct functional tests to isolate faults and verify tolerances.
• Make adjustments to align and tune sensitive circuits and mechanisms.
• Install new equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and document work.
