Qualifications

• Technical certificate, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, CAD/Drafting, CNC Machining, or a related field preferred.
• Recent technical graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior professional experience is required.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings, measurements, mechanical systems, or manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CAD software, CNC equipment, digital design programs, or automated manufacturing through coursework, internships, or hands-on projects is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, learning new software, and working with technical equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, stay organized, and collaborate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operating CNC cutting and embroidery equipment per production requirements.
• Prepare, load, and verify design files and embroidery layouts.
• Cut and process PVC, vinyl, upholstery materials, and other components.
• Perform embroidery, stitching, and related production activities as assigned.
• Monitor equipment, perform basic adjustments, and inspect finished components for accuracy.
• Read engineering drawings and assist with layouts using approved software.
• Maintain organized digital files and production documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE usage.
