Job summary

Ellison Technologies seeks a skilled Field Service Technician to service CNC machining centers and turning centers across southern Ohio. You will install equipment, execute preventive maintenance, and quickly troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to minimize downtime.

You will address customer questions, support sales when needed, and provide basic operator training, while maintaining clear records and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Demonstrated skill across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repair.
• Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair Skills and Field Service Readiness.
• Strong communication and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service, perform installations, and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on CNC equipment.
• Address customer concerns, assist sales, and offer light training where helpful.
