Job summary

Ellison Technologies in Ohio is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, install and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machining centers and turning centers. You will travel locally in the southern Ohio market, support customers on site, and help keep machines running at peak performance.

The role offers a car allowance or a company vehicle, a company cell phone, a laptop, and gas coverage to keep you focused on customer success and top‑quality service.

What makes this role interesting, is that you have the opportunity to be in different facilities kind of working on different projects and different challenges each day. There is some travel required, however we expected to be in the local area with minimal nights away during the week)

Responsible for day to day field service. Including but not limited to: service, installations and/or preventive maintenance relative to the local market.

Essential Duties Include

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training

What are we looking for?

Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing, of CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. With this experience we're looking for developed repair skills, focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
