CNC / Swiss Machine Operator (2nd shift)

CNC experience required

Shift Hours (includes 20 min paid lunch; Monday-Friday workweek)

2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

"We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role, inclusive of shift differential, is $20.00-$25.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.”

Position Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC or Swiss equipment to produce Swiss parts meeting quality and production standards.
• Adjust and monitor equipment to ensure part integrity, troubleshoot issues, perform deburring, buffing, sanding, inspect parts visually and dimensionally, and perform preventative maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of machine shop experience, including at least 2 years of CNC or Swiss experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work with small, precision parts to tight tolerances.
• Strong communication skills and basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
