Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Summary

Performs all aspects of game sales including, but not limited to greeting guests, rule explanation, upselling, encouraging the guests while they play, asking for replays, offering deals, encouraging trade-ups, celebrating winners, accurately completing the sale on the point-of-sale register or device, maintaining cleanliness, merchandising, and safety standards on the game(s).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Day to day operation of the carnival games
  • Effectively performing the ‘8 Steps to Glory’ within every guest interaction
  • Effectively performing ‘Keeping the Buzz’ within every guest interaction
  • Assists guests in an enthusiastic and courteous manner; provides outstanding guest service
  • Utilizes various selling techniques to increase sales
  • Accurately completes sales using POS system according to established procedures
  • Creating attractive displays with the prizes
  • Cleans the games for the best sales appearance
  • Assists with inventory efforts, displays, counts and product transfers as needed
  • Monitoring of prizes awarded
  • Fairly and clearly explains of the game rules to guests
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
