CNC / Swiss Machine Operator (2nd shift)

CNC experience required

Shift Hours (includes 20 min paid lunch; Monday-Friday workweek)

2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

"We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role, inclusive of shift differential, is $20.00-$25.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law."

Position Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC or Swiss equipment to fabricate Swiss production parts that meet or exceed quality and production expectations.
• Make adjustments, monitor equipment, troubleshoot and correct problems, deburr/buff/sand parts to meet print specifications, inspect parts visually and dimensionally, and perform preventative maintenance as required.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of machine shop experience, including at least 2 years of CNC or Swiss experience (REQUIRED).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work with small precision parts to close tolerances.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
