Responsibilities include generating detailed technical proposals, supporting pre-sales with regional managers and distributors, and ensuring profitability through pricing analysis.

Qualifications

• Background in technical sales support, proposal development, or application engineering within machine tools or industrial automation.
• Solid knowledge of CNC machining centers, turning centers, and automation solutions.
• Experience developing layouts and conceptual drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical proposals and cost estimates for CNC machines and automation systems.
• Support pre-sales with RSMs and distributors to assess customer specs and recommend configurations.
• Analyze dealer pricing, margins, and gross profit to maintain competitiveness.
• Create 2D layouts and conceptual drawings using AutoCAD/3D CAD.
• Standardize quote templates, option matrices, and pricing calculators.
• Provide dealer and customer technical support and conduct project reviews.
