Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Experience with Swiss-style CNC machines.
• 1–2+ years manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in aerospace and/or medical manufacturing.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CNC machinists, operators, and production employees.
• Set daily production priorities and keep work on schedule.
• Monitor productivity, quality, downtime, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, engineering and management to resolve issues.
• Drive 5S, safety, training and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coach employees, address performance issues and support team development.
• Minimize scrap, rework, downtime and production delays.
• Ensure equipment, tooling, materials and manpower align with production needs.
