Reliance One, Inc. is seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee daily CNC shop-floor operations in Grand Rapids, MI.

The role leads a team of operators, technicians, and laborers to meet production, quality, safety and delivery goals in a regulated, tight-tolerance environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on Swiss-style CNC machining with manufacturing leadership experience and a background supporting aerospace or medical products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in CNC manufacturing or machine-shop environment.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing supervisory or team-leadership experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Direct experience with Swiss-style CNC machining.
• Experience in aerospace and/or medical manufacturing.
• Understanding of quality, traceability, documentation and compliance in highly regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of shop-floor processes, CNC machinery, and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate shop-floor employees to maintain performance, teamwork and morale.
• Set daily production priorities and communicate expectations clearly.
• Assign work and adjust staffing/resources as production needs change.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback and support to employees.
• Promote accountability, collaboration and respectful communication.
