Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a CNC Set-Up I for a midnights weekend shift (Fri/Sat/Sun 6p-6a) to load preset CNC programs, perform minor adjustments, and ensure product conformance. The role requires basic CNC setup skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate under safety and quality guidelines.

You may participate in in-process inspections and routine machine-care tasks. Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma and about one year of related experience, with basic math, GD&T

Qualifications

• Basic CNC programming concepts and operation.
• Understanding G and M code concepts.
• GD&T and SPC basics.
• Intermediate math and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Load preset CNC programs and perform minor adjustments.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce compliant parts per work instructions.
• Perform in-process inspection and record results.
• Notify defects or process deviations to appropriate personnel.
• Perform basic maintenance like changing coolants and filters.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment.
