Qualifications

• 3.5+ years of experience operating CNC machinery, including single/multi-axis setups.
• Capable of using micrometers, calipers, and gauges for precise measurement.
• Ability to read blueprints and part schematics; follow written instructions.
• Must be 18 years or older with HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and fine-tune CNC machines for precise production.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs, fixtures, and setup procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex CNC issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections and document results.
• Assist with operator training and provide guidance on setups and tooling.
