Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read measuring instruments (tape measure, height gauge, calipers).
• Lift up to 50 lbs; team lift for heavier parts.
• Familiarity with forklifts/reach trucks; basic computer use to pull blueprints and load CNC programs.
• Experience with Fanuc controls preferred; CNC setup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start CNC machine and perform TPM procedures; adjust as needed.
• Select and install appropriate fixturing per posted schedule.
• Perform tool offsets and maintain part quality per blueprint specifications.
• Pull inspection sheets and blueprints; conduct first piece inspection per procedures.
• Understand tool offsets to ensure part quality and blueprint conformity.
