Job summary

MacLean-Fogg is seeking an experienced CNC Operator for the 2nd shift in Mooresville, NC. You will set up and run CNC equipment, interpret blueprints, and perform in-process checks to ensure quality and throughput. The role emphasizes safety, 5S, and mentorship of newer operators.

Daily tasks include tooling adjustments, program edits, and recording results while maintaining a clean, safe work environment on-site. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CNC experience.
• Able to set up machines, troubleshoot issues, and adjust tooling.
• Proficient reading blueprints and specifications.
• Strong math and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and related equipment to achieve accuracy and throughput.
• Troubleshoot tooling, offsets, and programs; make edits to improve performance.
• Interpret blueprints and specs to guide decisions.
• Perform in-process and final checks with gages and record results.
• Maintain 5S and a clean, safe work area.
• Mentor junior operators.
