CNC Manufacturing is seeking qualified candidates for CNC Set Up Programmers in the Conventional Lathe Department. The first shift offers a starting pay rate of $35.00/hour, depending on skill level and experience, with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities include tooling preparation, uploading/downloading programs, proving out and adjusting programs, and creating setup sheets. The role requires GD&T proficiency and strong blueprint interpretation.

The Setup Programmer completes setups for Conventional Lathes. Setup Programmers will have the equivalent experience of an advanced machine operator with the ability to maintain production on precision parts. They will maintain quality and safety standards; keep records; and maintain equipment. CNC Manufacturing is willing to provide training for select candidates. There is an opportunity for advancement in this position.
