The role is full-time, Mon–Thu, 6:00 am–4:30 pm with overtime as needed. Requires 5+ years in a job shop, proficiency with lathes/mills, and ability to read precise tolerances. U.S. work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in a JOB SHOP environment setting up Lathes and/or Mills.
• Proficient in machining of cuck and vise jaws to guarantee run out and perpendicularity within .001 between machining operations.
• Full knowledge of tool and coordinate setting. Mounting and indicating tools and parts quickly and accurately unattended.
• Basic programming skills of machine canned cycles and understanding of the machining program are necessary to create jaw cutting programs, and troubleshoot on FANUC and Haas controls.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced job shop environment maintaining a very high-quality level of parts with tolerances of +/-.0005
• Must be capable but not limited to lifting 30 lb., if necessary, throughout the working shift while on the job and capable of standing for entire working shift while on the job.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not necessary
• Full knowledge of measuring tools required.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to complete set up and produce parts according to cycle time.

• Produce parts according to cycle times and maintain quality.
• Operate in a fast-paced JOB SHOP environment with tight tolerances.
• Must complete set ups and produce parts per program with minimal supervision.
