Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of Fanuc CNC experience, Mastercam skills, and a proven track record in tooling design and process improvement.

Qualifications

• - Proficiency with GD&T and interpreting complex drawings.
• - 2-5 years of experience operating, programming, and setting up multi-axis CNC lathes and mills with Fanuc controllers.
• - Ability to design and load tooling, fixtures, and perform tool touch-offs.
• - Experience with first piece inspection and basic troubleshooting of speeds, feeds, and tool wear.
• - Familiarity with coordinating with QA for inspection plans and documentation.
• - Ability to train operators on running and inspecting parts.
• - Mastercam experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• - Operate CNC machines safely to produce high-quality parts meeting production targets.
• - Program parts using CAD models and company procedures.
• - Design and create work holding fixtures and detailed work instructions.
• - Set up tooling and fixtures for first piece approval with QA collaboration.
• - mentor operators in machine operation and inspection documentation.
• - Report maintenance issues promptly to supervisors or maintenance team.
• - Document production and inspection data in ERP for traceability.
• - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance quality management.
• - Follow safety, quality, and FOD programs at all times.
• - Maintain calibrated measuring tools and keep work area organized.
