Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC setup and programming experience.
• Strong understanding of G-code programming.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience machining tight-tolerance parts preferred.
