Harvey Performance Company in Ohio is seeking a CNC Associate to help setup and operate our precision tooling machines on 2nd shift (2PM–10PM). You will support the CNC production team, ensure safe, efficient operation, and contribute to on-time production while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include machine setup/editing, running cycles, performing first piece and in-process inspections, and assisting with uptime and production flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• 6+ months experience in CNC/tooling/manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of decimal and metric measurements.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Reliable, team-first attitude; able to work independently under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Setup, edit, and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding machines.
• Operate equipment within established cycle times and performance expectations.
• Perform first piece inspection and in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
• Use precision measurement and inspection equipment.
• Follow engineering documentation including procedures.
• Support teammates by assisting with equipment uptime and efficient production flow.
