Job summary

Harvey Performance Company, LLC is hiring a CNC Associate for our Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio manufacturing facility. You will help set up and operate CNC grinding machines, perform first piece and in-process inspections, and maintain high-quality production with strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• 6+ months experience in CNC / tooling / manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of decimal and metric measurements, including conversions.
• Basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Solid communication skills and a reliable, team-first attitude.
• Comfort working independently under direct supervision.
• Associate’s degree in Machine Tool Technology (preferred).
• 3 to 5 years CNC tool and cutter grinding experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Setup, edit, and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding machines.
• Operate equipment within established cycle times and performance expectations.
• Perform first piece inspection and in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
• Use precision measurement and inspection equipment.
• Follow engineering documentation.
• Support teammates by assisting with equipment uptime and efficient production flow.
• Work safely around moving equipment and machine components while using PPE.
