Precision Resource, Inc. located in Huntington Beach, CA, is hiring a CNC Set-up Operator for 1st shift (6:30am - 3:00pm).

The candidate will set up, adjust, and operate CNC mills, perform preventative maintenance, and support a skilled team in a family-owned environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of CNC experience or trade school certification; CNC programming is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with CNC machines or trade school certification.
• CNC programming a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines.
• Change cutters when dull.
• Inform Manager of machine and production problems.
• Attend training activities as required.
• Participate in continual improvement teams.
• Participate in safety and OSHA training.
• Keep work area clean and tidy at all times.
• Work in an organized manner with attention to details.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Communicate clearly in English.
• Assist other operators as needed.
