You will set up CNC mills, read blueprints, and perform first-piece inspections while maintaining tight tolerances. We welcome operators with 1–2 years of experience and offer training for those progressing to setup responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CNC machining experience required.
• Previous setup experience preferred; training available.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Hurco controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills, including tooling, fixtures, and offsets.
• Read blueprints and interpret GD&T specifications.
• Load, edit, and adjust CNC programs as needed.
• Perform first-piece inspections and maintain tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust for quality.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
