Job summary

LV SWISS INC is seeking a CNC Setup Machinist to quickly and accurately set up assigned machines to support the production schedule. You will operate and maintain CNC equipment, retool as needed, and ensure parts meet specifications.

You will work with collets, guide bushings, tool changes, and tool paths while inspecting First Article Parts for quality and process compliance. The role requires a HS Diploma or GED and 2–4 years of experience, with the ability to read blueprints and understand

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and 2-4 years of experience.
• Read part drawings and understand production processes.
• Trained to use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Installation and adjustment of collets and guide bushings.
• Bar loader setup and adjustments.
• Preset/set tools and measure tools.
• Able to adjust coolant lines and tool offsets.
• Read and interpret programs and tool paths.
• Inspect First Article Parts and follow teardown procedures.
• Read blueprints and indicate tooling positions.
• Calculate feeds and speeds; troubleshoot CNC machines.
