Job summary

Resonetics is seeking a CNC Swiss Machinist to join the Swiss Machining team as a subject matter expert. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and verify the quality of CNC Swiss processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires reading blueprints, GD&T and tooling knowledge to ensure parts meet specifications. Responsibilities include program editing, tool setting, quality inspection with precision instruments, and collaboration with engineers and operators to drive

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; degree/certificate in machine tool technology preferred.
• 2-4 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC Swiss machines.
• Edit and input CNC programs; detect errors and adjust as needed.
• Adjust tools and replace as necessary.
• Ensure procedures and policies are followed; comply with quality regulations.
