PINNACLE PRECISION SHEET METAL CORP in Anaheim, CA is seeking a CNC Machining Technician to independently perform standard CNC setups and machining operations. You will read blueprints, establish tooling and offsets, verify first-piece quality, and make routine program or machine adjustments to meet production, quality, and safety requirements.

The role requires strong blueprint reading, G and M code knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot routine issues while maintaining a clean, safe work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNC technical training preferred.
• Proven proficiency in CNC operation and standard setups.
• Ability to read blueprints and process documentation.
• Knowledge of G and M codes and tooling offsets.

Responsabilités

• Review work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, process sheets, setup documentation, and applicable job requirements before beginning work.
• Ensure CNC machinery, tooling, fixtures, and workholding are in proper condition before setup and operation.
• Set up and operate CNC machines per approved programs and documentation.
• Monitor machining cycles and adjust tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds as needed.
• Perform first-article and in-process verification and document results.
