ALIGN PRECISION in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a skilled machinist to manufacture detailed parts from blueprints using CNC mills, lathes and related equipment. You will set up tooling, align workpieces, monitor feeds and speeds, and verify part tolerances with precision instruments.

You will document processes in the ERP system and support continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Strong math, blueprint reading, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC milling/turning and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints and drawings.
• Proficiency with basic math and measurement instruments.

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling/turning centers per specifications.
• Retrieve job routings, drawings and tool lists for production.
• Inspect parts with precision measurement tools to meet tolerances.
