ALIGN PRECISION in Anaheim, CA seeks an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate 5-axis and CNC turning centers per complex blueprints. You will use calipers and micrometers to verify tolerances and document processes in the ERP system.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and teamwork within a precision manufacturing environment. Requires 5–6 years of relevant experience and advanced machining training.

Qualifications

5-6 years of relevant experience.
High school degree or equivalent, plus advanced training.
Experience with 5-6 axis machines.
Ability to use calipers, micrometers.
Attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling/turning centers per blueprints.
Retrieve job routings, drawings, tool lists, and work instructions.
Select cutting tools and workholding for materials and processes.
Document quantities and processes in the ERP system.
Perform precise measurements to ensure tolerances and quality.
Participate in continuous improvements to improve efficiency.
Maintain clean, safe work environment and safety compliance.
Assist with new tooling/method development as needed.
Other duties assigned.
