Job summary

Seco Tools LLC is seeking a CNC Set‑Up Operator in Reynoldsville, PA, to set up and run Rollomatic grinding machines for high‑quality round cutting tools. The role requires reading blueprints, editing offsets, and performing first‑piece inspections with precise measuring tools.

You will work third shift (Mon–Thu, 8pm–6am) in a manufacturing/ tool grinding environment, maintaining 5S practices, and coordinating with maintenance for machine issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinders for round tool production.

• Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections with micrometers, calipers, indicators.
• Maintain a clean 5S workspace; follow safety and quality procedures.

We’re committed to quality, innovation, and providing a clean, well‑organized workplace where skilled machinists can thrive.We are currently seeking an experienced Rollomatic CNC Set‑Up Operator to join our team.Position OverviewThe Rollomatic CNC Set‑Up Operator is responsible for setting up, programming adjustments, operating, and maintaining Rollomatic grinding machines to produce precision round tools.
