Domaille Engineering LLC, Rochester, MN, seeks a CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC and milling machines producing precision aerospace, defense, and fiber optics parts. You will work with a skilled team; shifts include 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th with differential pay.

Strong GD&T and hands-on tool setup are essential. The role requires reading drawings, effective communication in English, and a safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read drawings and inspect parts.
• Strong attention to detail and precision to .0002 inches.
• Experience with setup, tooling, and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality parts to specifications, ensuring precision down to .0002 inches.
• Set up, machine, and inspect required operations to meet quality standards.
• Utilize machines, tooling, fixtures, and inspection equipment correctly and efficiently.
• Deburr and finish components to a high standard of quality.
• Mentor less experienced machinists as applicable.
• Identify issues and improve workflow, efficiency, and quality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE.
