Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years CNC manufacturing experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, interpret GD&T, and modify CNC programs within process specs.

Responsibilities

• Set up multi-axis CNC machines by loading programs, adjusting tooling, offsets and parameters.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce parts per work instructions and drawings.
• Read blueprints and GD&T to determine tooling and inspection needs.
• Perform in-process inspections and document results; adjust programs as needed.
• Do basic machine maintenance such as coolant and filter changes.
• Troubleshoot setup and tooling issues; escalate complex problems.
• Identify opportunities to improve setup efficiency and document recommendations.
• Maintain clean work area and assist training of junior staff.
