Job summary

Gosiger is seeking a Service Coordinator in Kent, WA to manage in-house scheduling and customer support for the service department. The role focuses on maintaining the service calendar, ensuring the right technicians are dispatched, and communicating timely updates to customers and staff.

You will work closely with the Service Manager, handle paperwork, coordinate installations, and assist with parts orders, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating service schedules and communicating with customers and technicians.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Receive service schedule calls and emails and respond promptly.
• Dispatch appropriate technician and communicate ETA to customers.
• Maintain service schedule with Service Manager and track open jobs.
• Coordinate with Sales for new machine installs and prepare installation info.
• Review installation sheets and prep for job suitability.
• Process install paperwork and backups to the manufacturer.
• Assist with service parts orders and track inventory.
