Job summary

Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC is seeking a Waterjet/CAD-CAM operator to process high quality metal products in a fixed Pennsylvania facility. You will finalize designs from customer sketches, set up the waterjet, and ensure tolerances meet specifications.

The role requires CAD/CAM experience, math proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly while working independently in a production environment. Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and stretch.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use CAD/CAM software to finalize designs from customer drawings and diagrams to determine dimensions and tolerances for finished product.
• Operate waterjet to accurately complete customer orders
• Read job specifications to determine and maintain machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Ability to work with quality inspection tools including micrometers and calipers and perform basic dimensional tolerances.
• Continually measure work piece dimensions to assure constant specification accuracy throughout machine operation.
• Prioritize workload to meet customer requirements and company performance goals.

Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Summary
