Job summary

Hadco Metal Trading Co. is seeking a Metal Circular Saw Operator at our Bensalem, PA facility. You will set up and operate industrial saws to cut, trim, and shape metal stock to exact dimensions based on work orders and blueprints. Prior experience with calipers and micrometers is valued.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and collaboration with supervision to meet customer specifications. The position includes a robust benefits package and a production bonus program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate manual or CNC machines to accurately cut material for customer orders.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Use quality inspection tools including micrometers and calipers to verify tolerances.
• Operate and monitor machine operation for continued accuracy throughout cutting processes.
• Continuously measure work piece dimensions to ensure specification accuracy.
• Perform minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines or dies.
• Collaborate with production supervisor to ensure accuracy of customer requirements.
• Prioritize workload to meet customer delivery requirements and company goals.

Hadco Metal, a long-stable and consistently growing distributor of metals and engineered plastics, is seeking a Metal Circular Saw Operator for our Bensalem facility.

Position Summary:

As a Circular Saw Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating an industrial saw to cut, trim, and shape metal stock (such as steel or aluminum) to precise dimensions based on work orders and blueprints to meet customer specifications.

Work Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
