Job summary

NN, Inc - USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support CNC machining centers and automated cells. You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, collaborate with controls technicians, and ensure equipment uptime through accurate documentation in the CMMS.

The role requires reading schematics, working from OEM manuals, and maintaining safety standards under LOTO. Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining CNC centers (Mazak, Okuma, Haas, Makino, Fanuc or Mori Seiki).
• Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams and OEM manuals.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CNC centers and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose failures, identify root causes, implement lasting fixes and document work in CMMS.
