Fathom is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to service and repair CNC machinery and shop floor equipment, prioritizing uptime.

Qualifications
- Three years of CNC experience.
- Expert Mazak & Haas maintenance and repair.
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems (24VDC-480VAC).
- Able to read blueprints and perform shop math.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Technical degree or certificate is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair CNC and factory production equipment.
- Perform basic building maintenance.
- Sustain a preventative maintenance plan.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for machine maintenance.
- Assist with installation of new equipment.
- Work to reduce unplanned downtime by assessing equipment and countermeasures.
- Maintain spare parts inventory to support high machine uptime.
- Communicate equipment status within the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
